We only collect data that you voluntarily provide: • Email address — when subscribing to the newsletter • Name, email address, message content — when submitting the contact form We do not collect location data, do not profile users, and do not use behavioural advertising.
We process your data for the following purposes: • Newsletter — sending Eduria updates (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) • Contact form — responding to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
We use the following sub-processors: • Resend (resend.com) — email sending platform and newsletter list management • Vercel (vercel.com) — application hosting and infrastructure All sub-processors provide an adequate level of data protection under GDPR.
• Newsletter data — until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribed) • Contact form data — for the period necessary to handle correspondence, max. 2 years After these periods, data is permanently deleted.
